My Family and I had a wonderful visit everyone was wonderful and very polite. Only thing that I might change was a lot of the other visitors was smoking a lot of pot and the kids kept asking what that funny smell I have nothing against it mind you but not around the kids but better than being around a bunch of obnoxious drunks !!!!

Nice sea view. Cold ac and the sheets were clean. Wasnt able to park my golf cart in there parking lot. Had to park 2 blocks away in there overflow parking. The security guy seemed a little uptight but he was cool. Also there was a male staff member that watched me throw the football off the balcony, i told him tom brandy was my dad but yeahh he was one of the nicest people there he was cool too. Good stay for the price.

Sunday was the wrong day to be checking in with hundreds checking out it was mayhem for the staff to get enough rooms ready but having said that the rest of our stay was memorable. Rooms are dated but clean, tidy and comfortable. Kudos to Karen for sorting out our room and then assisting us to move all our luggage to the room. There are very limited carts available so guests are advised to bring their own as we quickly found out. The location is very central to all food outlets, restaurants and shops. Traffic is daunting on weekends but minimal during weekdays. The pool area was clean and tidy. Bit noisy on weekends but not too crowded. We enjoyed our stay here and I would say it was very good value for the money.

Decent place

Loved the proximity to the beach, the food court, and Anchor Bar at the hotel. Close to everything. However, the hotel could use a deep clean, as well as touching up paint, and room furniture.

Very nice location

Overall, I did enjoy my stay the property is very beautiful with phenomenal views of the beach with direct access as well. I didn’t like the breakfast because there were no prices on anything and you couldn’t get refills from the juice or coffee dispensers. Parking was another problem there are no designated parking spaces for ground floor rooms so we had to park too far away from our room every day of our stay. I would definitely start again & recommend this resort to others.

Although they allowed us to check in at 3pm,They put us on the 4th floor and didn't see an elevator until we were leaving. There was only 1 ice machine for 2 buildings so long walks. No vanity in the bathroom so hard to get ready. Coffee was in the fridge but couldn't find a coffee maker. Overall fairly clean. Did love the easy access to the Beach. Quiet area and easy parking

It is nice that this hotel is on the beach however there were cockroaches in our room. The water pressure was awful and the hot water was messed up in our room. When checking in the woman at the front desk had our billing address wrong and it kept declining our card. She didn't try to figure out why she just stood there and looked at me with zero compassion. Will not stay here again.

Nice ocean view. Motel is older and needs updating. Lower bunkbed mattress was in need of replacement. Room was supposed to have hair dryer and didn't. I called and they said they would try to find one, never heard back. Ended up getting one at Walmart. Cafe was supposed to be open until 2pm and wasn't. Cleaning crew was helpful and friendly. Front desk staff was ok. Wouldn't stay again.

I had the ocean view room, and I thought I had a balcony however, the room did not have a private balcony. The walk way to the rooms that faced the beach was all one continuous walk through and each room just had a designated area that can be perceived as a balcony. Due to it being an off-season when I went there was not a lot of people so it was OK but if I would’ve gone during a busier season and was anticipating a balcony and got what I got I would’ve been disappointed. The facility is in order facility. It looks more rundown, but it was tightly up cap and very clean.
