I would like to bring a billing issue to your attention regarding my stay this past Sunday. I visited the reception desk to cancel two breakfast bookings for Sunday morning, as we were departing at 3:30 AM. While I understand that my room booking was non-refundable—even though I paid for an additional room to stay individually—I believe a refund for the unused breakfasts is warranted given the early cancellation. Also breakfast for that price is very poor in compare to other even cheaper hotels , I am very disappointed. Also of your services try to contact you on the chat nothing happened

Great location and good price. Right next to mall with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Room was nice, great staff. Pool was nice. The only thing was parking is challenging. Competing with mall traffic. Can be difficult to find a spot close by.

The breakfast food could be a little more hot. The room was fairly clean, the shower fixtures that was holding the shampoo bottles seemed to have a lil mildew built up so that could use a deep clean. Other than that our stay was quite pleasant.

The location is great given the proximity to the mall, housekeeping was generally good - however the first night we had to request the bathroom to be cleaned. Customer service was also good - the staff was friendly and helpful.
