Clean and ready for your families vacation or for boat lovers for a escape from the helm . This location is perfectly complete with a new restaurant and tiki bar located steps away on the dock .
Location is near the Navy Base, Gulf State College, St Andrews State Park, the sandy white beaches of the gulf of Mexico, old historical St Andrews which features Hunts for the best oysters , Uncle Earnie's for amazing food and sunset ;as well as the new popular downtown cobblestone Panama city which features state of the art new movie theater , a brewery with dynamite food! wonderful Italian restaurant and much more . We had a wonderful stay! The view of the water and the marina is beautiful! The condo was clean. The bathroom needs to be updated but the owner indicated they’re planning to do that. We would come back!
