Floor in the room hadn't been mopped. Still had sand and dirt on the floor. Other than that, we had a great time and experience. The kids had a great time at the pool with all the activities. The employees were always helpful. Loved the breakfast every morning.

Hector was amazing with the Children for all the roles he played while we was there. The foam party was such a cool experience. This place is super kid friendly and the office staff and manager were very friendly. My kids don’t want to stay anywhere else now!

I called and asked if the poo was heated before booking and front desk said yes, but it was not Lori told me rudely not til November. Didn’t care at all I was told via the phone it was and I was lied to, my balcony door is broken, the property is run down elevators barely work, tiles are missing a real fish was on the pool ground, bugs in pool dirty and gross live wires on a pool nail lying on the ground so so dirty doors broken and chipping away. So very disappointing

This is a nice clean hotel. It's a little run down but for the price it's not bad. The view is fantastic and the best part. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good but the exact same every day (waffles, eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy and sausage). The pool was very cool looking and the reason I booked this hotel, but the water was so cold that we only got in once for 5 minutes. We stayed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights - Wednesday and Thursday were quiet and peaceful Friday was loud and packed. Overall it was a decent hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

We were worried honestly, because we have had some bad hotel stays, but this did not disappoint!! Walked in the front area and it was clean and staff was very friendly!! Got to our room and it was clean, spacious. The room had a great veiw also. Breakfast was good and the severs were very nice. They also serve lunch, which we did not buy but it smelt good. My kids loved their strawberry lemonade and sweet tea. The pool stays VERY cold, but the hot tub is big and spacious, and the pirate/mermaid shows and games are for all ages!! They also play a movie in pool area every night!!
