I arrived with low expectations after reading several reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this resort. The customer service truly stood out. Carlo, the bell attendant, provided excellent assistance, and Edwin, the bartender, delivered consistently outstanding service. He crafted my Old Fashioned perfectly every time, demonstrating both skill and pride in his work. The dining options were very good overall. The seafood and Italian restaurants were both excellent and highly recommended. The poolside restaurant offered attentive service, though the food quality did not match the other venues. Additionally, despite netting around the restaurant, birds often made their way inside, which was distracting and unappealing. The accommodations are comfortable but dated. The furniture showed noticeable wear and stains, and the mini refrigerator was in need of replacement. A deeper cleaning would also enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these issues, I was still able to enjoy my room. Guests should also be aware that the resort is located approximately one hour from the airport. In summary, while there are areas that could be improved, I had an enjoyable stay and would gladly return in the future.

Loved panama! But definitely wont return to this facility. When checked in, my room smelled like cigarettes, furniture was dusty and dirty. Thank goodness i bought my lysol wipes. Shower had no hot water, shower walls had hair on them. Even found a roach on the toilet paper. I complain and was given another room that was cleaner but after the first ordeal of previous room. I cleaned it myself with my lysol wipes. Also my mini bar was empty not even a bottle of water to drink my first night.
