I liked it was beach access and within walking distance of aLOT of things. I have stayed at the flamingo hotel before but was never on ground level. It was very noisy, our balcony was main access area to the pool so we didn't have the privacy you would get on a floor up. For a weekend stay and a quick trip it was ok. Our carpet felt wet which could have been from a.c. or humidity. I recommend staying on the 2nd floor up.

bedbugs galore

checked in and immediately saw bed bugs in our room. we told the front desk and ask for a refund and they said the best they could do was transfer us to another room. the room they transferred us to was dirty

I have stayed in the tower side multiple times and have never been disappointed. It's a great place to stay that doesn't cost a fortune. The beds were cozy, it has a kitchenette , and had amazing views . The staff was also amazing and very friendly and accommodating.

The place is on the beach but if you have pets you have to stay in the motel part across the street. The staff was great very pet friendly cant complain.

Nice easy place to stay right on the beach.

Great beach spot and friendly staff. Do not need the car could walk everywhere. Yes the hotel is a little older, but still had everything we needed.

One of the beds was in a room with no air conditioning. The beds didn't have any covers, only sheets. The plumbing was clogged, both sink and tub would fill with water without a drain stopper. One of the headboards was in front of a open electrical outlet, no plate, plug or switch, just wires tucked inside a box. Complete safety/fire hazard. The door lock was the card key entry instead of a wristband sensor. Room was a dump

So, this hotel is right on the beach! That is the positive... The negative. When it rains the room floodes with water around the AC unit. The shower did not have hot water and the floors looked like they had been soaked in water and shrunk everywhere. The hotel bar was great and the staff is great, but the room is just a place to lay your head.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in

This hotel needed so much updated on it and we found mold on the ceiling and the floor was so nasty didn’t look like it had seen a mop in a while. I will never stay there again I don’t recommend it at all. For the price we paid I don’t feel it was worth half of the price. Never again
