Even though hotel needs some updating; room, pool, and breakfast room are nice and clean. If you need fresh towels in your room you have to ask for, but it’s not a problem because they will bring it to you. Thank you. I enjoyed my stay

This tired property is in need of a serious makeover and not up to the basic Hampton Inn standards All the public areas were freezing cold with dirt and trash littering the stained and dirty carpets in the corridors and elevator lobbies The room was not sufficiently furnished with storage space for vacation items Four tiny racks for clothing items plus a small closet The bathroom had massive deposits of black mold around and in the shower No bed bugs to report Staff were pictures of studied indifference

Overall nice experience.

Room clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast buffet excellent. Nice pool and great beachfront property. On the negative side: doors are very loud when closing. Water pressure was fairly weak. Resort was indeed pet friendly and there were adequate areas for pet walks. Would consider staying there again

The hotel is old & tired. The carpets to the room were dirty and many rooms had dirty towels left outside them. There was a lot of street noise. The room was not maintained well - no shower gel, minimal toilet paper on the roll and no spare roll, toilet roll holder not correctly in place, damaged blackout blind amongst other things. The street the hotel is on has no pavement and is unattractive to walk along. It feels like a seedy & unsafe area. Investment is required.

Everything was Awesome! Check-in was easy and we were even able to get in early! Staff was amazing especially Erica the cleaning lady went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Breakfast was great with so many options. Honestly can't say enough good things about this place. We've stayed here a couple different times and will definitely be back!
