What you see isn’t what you get

I must express my disappointment. The rooms were significantly misrepresented in the photos on your site. While I expected a comfortable stay, I was met with numerous issues, including substantial repairs needed and cleanliness concerns that were unfathomable based on the online listing. Given these discrepancies, I strongly urge you to reconsider including this hotel on your site until they can provide verifiable proof that they are upholding the standards depicted in their listings. Customers deserve transparency and accurate representations to make informed choices about their accommodations. Until then, it may be wise to avoid promoting this hotel to prevent further dissatisfaction among travelers.

After driving overnight and through the day wiry 3 kids, I had hope for at least a mediocre stay since I wasn't going to spend much time in the room anyway... BUT the hall and elevator smelled of cigarettes, the flooring in the room was tearing up, the high touch surfaces were dirty(ie light switches, handles), mold on the bathroom ceiling, and when I went to lay in the bed to feed my infant the sheets already, or rather STILL had sand and hair in the bed. Needless to say, I took the children and requested a refund so i could find a suitable place for our visit.

The staff was really nice. Nice place. Small pool. Fitness room machine does not work. Treadmills do work. One of the washing machines does not work. The only real complaint is the breakfast area. It is super small. The waffle machine has a huge line every morning which backs up the whole area. The lady who works this area does a great job. But the over all design of the area just doesn't work. The place is VERY REASONABLY priced for the area.

Outside on the property walking up someone left a shoe and it was there the whole weekend we was there in the hallway. I’ve never seen a person cleaning the entire time we was there. The bed was comfortable and it had good water pressure other than that that is it, I am never going back

The breakfast was convient. Not a huge selection but was ok. I had two rooms for 5 nights each and was a little disappointed that they did not even come to try and clean our rooms. I had to go buy a broom and dustpan because lots of sand. There was no laundry soap available to buy unless you went to dollar general. Would be nice if they had a vending machine for detergent and softener.

The hotel was so nasty the bathroom had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the floors made our feet turn black. When we first got into the hotel the sheets were gross so we ask if we can get a new set and the staff act like it was the biggest inconvenience and they didn’t know what sheets go on the bed. Overall terrible, gross and won’t recommend to anyone

This hotel may need to be shut down. The bed spreads and covers had stains all in them. They don’t have overstock in towels so we had to wait for towels. And when we finally got towels some smelled like vomit. The curtin rods had posible rust or maybe blood. Around the bathroom sink there was scum and hair. Carpet in hall was nasty looks like it hasn’t been clean in ages. The elevator has nasty. Red Bull can spilling Red Bull and old stuff spilled and dried all over the walls. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all.
