We took a family trip here for the kids and everyone enjoyed. The facility is nice and the staff is super friendly. The only downfall was that the hot tub was down but everything else was outstanding.

The only thing I didn’t like was all the spring breakers partying loudly in the pool, but I couldn’t hear anything when in my room. The room was great and I liked the dining options. After a long day I could just eat at the hotel which was nice.

Was in room 423. Handicap room. No night lights. Had to leave bathroom light on for my safety. No shampoo/condition in bathroom. No pamphlet to say what breakfast hours were or restaurants locations. Bed way, way too soft!!!!!
