Cyndi at the front desk was awesome, got us checked in early. The amenities at this resort are A++. This was our 3rd time staying here and we loved it. See you again next year. . Huge shout out to the head engineer, he gave my daughter a free ice cream, was super nice and greatly appreciated

My husband and I really enjoyed our trip. The only issue we had was breakfast. The price of the breakfast buffet for two people who drank only water was $90. I felt that was way too expensive for what is offered.

Pros: Several options for kids under around age 10. Nothing quite for the pre-teens other than perhaps family bingo. The poolside movie is a nice touch. Cons: website photos are not an accurate depiction on the current hotel condition. The bathrooms, floors, walls, elevators, room floors are not kept clean. Our room floor had not been mopped. The rooms have balconies which is nice, although be aware at this time of year with the humidity the rooms smell very musty and feel sticky. Air conditioning units, not central air. It’s definitely a place where you need to be okay feeling sticky/beachy during your stay. Which is okay as long as you know what you’re getting into. The food was overpriced for the quality. Both my kids ordered the “lobster grilled cheese”, and because it was dark and I could barely read the menu in the low lighting of the outside dining tables, I didn’t notice the price. $40 for a sandwich that had about 2oz of lobster in it. The cheese was not melted either. Although It did have a lovely portion of avocado. When ten year olds order a $40 sandwich the server probably should have said “ma’am this isn’t probably what he’s thinking it is. Anyways it was decent. Lobster was overcooked and my kids did not enjoy it. It also had a soggy fried green tomato which is an acquired taste for sure. Management was nice, the rest of the staff we encountered were not pleasant. Also, Late check-out needs to be requested very early in the morning. Longer review on Google.

Only one place to eat normal food but toooo expensive, two adults with drinks 170$. Only fried food or pizza. Cold water fountain for kids . Very loud movie theater, if you are going with small children forget about routine and quiet nap or bed time. People blasting music on their balcony till 1 am. You have to pay for beach lounge chairs.

Because of its rating I expected a high standard. It is a 3 star hotel. There is a lot of humidity in the room because of the sea and the furniture is old and everything is sticky. The view is stunning. Service is fine. They don't clean every day, something important to know-Only on the fourth day but they bring towels every day. And a latte coffe cost $15. Which is excessive. I liked it less. But what families do have is lots of facilities for children, a movie in the pool for children.

Hope the check out time could extend to 1 pm. because the building blocks the sunshine to swimming pool, the water temp. increases after 10 am. Thus, check out by 11 am is too early

The property had everything you needed all in one spot. The food was all very fresh and drinks were poured just wright. The beach access and waters were beautiful and this is coming from a Floridian My wife and I will definitely look forward to returning in the future.

The views were amazing and the pools were great along with the lazy river! Can't go wrong with a full size refrigerator and the staff were friendly. The game room/arcade was a little outdated and could use an upgrade.
