The Elevators only work when they want to. When we first checked in we went to our room the keys did not work went back down to get it fixed then went to the room it finally worked. While doing all this the elevators still work when they want to we ended up just using the stairs most of our stay and we were on the 5th floor. The second day our room keys were not working again but the staff was great. We stayed for 4 days it was great work out!

Great budget friendly getaway

Me and my family were there for 5 days and the staff was very friendly with everything. We had no issues. I would definitely stay there again

The staff was great. Easy and good communication. Very accommodating. The place could use a little redoing, a little older and a few issues. But for the price and location you can’t beat it. I would definitely stay here again!

The view from this hotel is magnificent but the rooms are old and the place looks filthy. One of the elevators was in terrible condition. We stayed only 1 night after spending the day at St. Andrew beach, then we watched the sunset from the Hotel's beach front and it was beautiful. The place has potential but need a lot of major updates.

Awesome room for family of 4!

The room was big and clean , had an awesome view! Room service always asked did we need anything! Only complaint is the elevators . Slow and very sketchy .. but I would stay again.

Dirty and will not be returning

The majority of the staff was friendly, and they were kind enough to install a hand held shower head that I purchased, due to no handicap room being available and my 83 year old grandmother needing the assistance. The Floors were filthy, if you walk across the floor without shoes and I mean to the bathroom and back to the bed, your feet would be black. I asked for them to be cleaned and was ignored, finally I caught housekeeping and they gave me a broom and dustpan. I swept the floors and purchased my own mop that was used 3 times and it was still filthy. The room was full of roaches, they were out of wash cloths the first 3 days I was there so I had to buy those as well, there was 1 curtain over the balcony window and it didn’t even cover half, one curtain by my bed that was by the walkway outside, when I asked about that I was brushed off twice. The 2nd to last night we were there the wind started whipping under the door with a terrible sound and the maintenance guys fix was to push a full size towel under the door and made it hard to open and close. The swimming pool constantly had hairballs and some kind of white foam and a film floating randomly in the water. The only nice this is the view and beach access. And the in room coffee is a 2 cup coffee pot so I hope you’re not thirsty.

This is so run down elevators are awful the one has holes in the floor, door in room does not close all the way, floor is dirty so dirty white socks are black.

Great location!! The hotel needs some love

I have to give credit where credit is do. The staff were very friendly. We arrived at 1pm and filled out some paperwork. The lady at the desk told me that someone would call me when my room was ready. So we spent time with family. Around 5 i called to see if the room was ready because noone called. The front desk person said that all the rooms are ready. We revived my keys and went to the room. We find a spatula in a red container in the bathroom. It smelled like they just replased 3 tiles. Called the desk and someone came and picked it up. The hotel is dated and in need of repais. I this point I noticed thay it was not the room we ordered. We requested avroom with 2 beds and a sofa. It was going to be 5 persons in the room and we needed 3 beds. We had to have 2 members of our party stay with my son because they didn't have a bed.

If you are on a tight budget- this place is for you. If you can afford a few extra dollars- STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE. This place was filthy. Elevator was sketchy and needs major work. The stairwells and hallways were super nasty. Food in the pool, broken concrete, homeless staying under the stairwell. Housekeeping came in occasionally, like a toilet paper fairy and left washcloths and towels, never swept or cleaned anything. Oh yes, better bring your own cleaning supplies, some dishes but nothing to clean with. Only a couple of burners worked on the stove. Paint peeling off the ceilings. We booked a king, got a double?? Watched some woman break glass in the pool area, people throwing food from the balconies into the parking lot. Our couch never got sat on- it was gross and stained, besides the remote in that room didn’t control the tv. The laundry facility was a dump. Want a positive? The water pressure in the shower was excellent!! View also wasn’t bad! Could be a real nice fixer upper…

But the beach was nice

This morning Sunday July 20th at 0500 I asked the front lady who was on her phone if she can make coffee and she said no, there was none to make. When I checked in they said 24/7 coffee. She was lazy. Elevators are scary too. Get a tetanus shot if you enter.

The view from our balcony was amazing, it was very roomy and very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone, I only had a problem with the ad said it had a stovetop and all it had a refrigerator and microwave, but overall it was great
