Horrible place to stay

Got double charged for my stay . The lady behind counter asked me for my PIN number for credit card . I said I’d punch it in . She said it got rejected even though I told her I used it at the place before . Regardless I gave her my second credit card and she charged me again . I got to my room and found out I was charged on my first card as well because I’m emailed international transactions . She didn’t care . I called the police . Final result I’m still fighting with my credit card company fir the charge . Horrible experience . I never write anything but the worst experience I’ve had in s long time

Horrible

Una noche traumatica por no decir horrible, tengo años siendo cliente de este hotel pero hace un tiempo atras el estado del hotel en deterioro, la limpieza muy mal, habian cucarachas en la cama, regadero dañado, la cual no pude descansar por el ruido.

Mal servicio, mala gestión…

Cuando llegue me indican que no le había llegado la reserva, le enseñó el correo de la confirmación de la reserva y me indica que no puede hacerlo. Al final quede pagando mucho más dinero, en el hotel directamente. Que mal servicio.

No te hacen ningún descuento con Hoteles

Por mas que reserve por aqui,cuando llegue allá me hicieron pagar la tarifa normal de ellos sin descuento dizque porque no les habia llegado ninguna notificación del App de Hoteles y me trataron como que mínimo yo les estaba mintiendo que reserve por aquí. El servicio de atención al cliente es malísimo y las habitaciones no tienen ni frasadas.
