From check in to check out the staff has been helpful and excellent. Room was cleaned and made up every day. All basic amenities you’d expect were there plus water bottles. Comfortable king bed with king pillows. Sunrise was early so black out drapes were appreciated. We were right in the center of Casco Veijo and had easy walks to every thing on the area tours. Nice place to stay

Nice modern hotel. Great room and location. Roof top bar with 360 degree view of Panama City. Only drawback no HOT WATER! Brought to the attention of the hotel staff with no remediation. Entire 3 night stay without it being fixed.

Everyone has very attentive and welcoming, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable the only thing that needs improvement is the shower temperature, the water doesn’t get hot it’s warm but gets cold mid shower

It’s a century building that has been wonderfully updated. We stayed in the main building overlooking the courtyard, the room was spacious and the walk in shower was huge.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and all my planned excursions were collection from the hotel. Very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend a stay here while you explore Panama

This hotel was such a gem! It's new, clean, and absolutely gorgeous, with a perfect location in Casco Viejo, central but still peaceful at night. The hotel is split into two buildings across from each other, and one has a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant with city views. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and housekeeping was totally on top of it. Our room was spotless, the AC worked great, and everything felt fresh and modern. Definitely a fantastic stay for anyone wanting comfort and charm.

Staff was excellent. We arrived before check in, left our luggage & went out to explore the area. When we got back in the early evening our luggage was waiting for us in out room. They had also arranged for a 5am taxi for the next morning to take us to the airport & all went very well. Lovely room, excellent service. Oliver was very helpful providing a map of the area & detailed instructions to find what we were looking for.
