The Bathroom was not cleaned the shower was not functioning properly. There were tiny ants crawling on the table and on the last day they were in the bathroom vanity and on the sink.there was no room service my entire stay. There were clean towels left that were adequate for my stay. The people were friendly but couldn’t communicate in English. The sheets had stains on them.the parking was good and in a coumpound .there was renovations being done. There was no sign of an office anywhere. Just dropped the key off with an employee that opened the coumpound gate when I left. Also no signage for La Palma .it was just by chance that I found it and a guy was expecting me and gave me a key. He then confused me with some other person the second evening and was going to kick me out because he didn’t think I had a reservation once he took a picture of my Passport it got resolved and the stay went okay. Not something I want to experience again.

The hotel appears to be just starting operations and is still very incomplete. It is currently under construction. - Facilities and location: The hotel is located in a safe area where you can walk around. However, it is next to a boulevard full of bars, all competing to play the loudest music. Only a few rooms have significantly reduced noise levels. - Room: The beds were very comfortable. There was no hot water, and some basic amenities were missing, such as toiletries and kitchen utensils. The internet connection was unstable. - Cleanliness: The room and bathroom were clean, but daily cleaning service was not provided. - Staff: The handyman was excellent—very efficient, friendly, and proactive.

Habitación impecable. El personal muy amable. Lo único que no nos gustó fué el hecho de que no había agua caliente y el internet no estuvo disponible por dos días. Todo lo demás fué maravilloso.
