Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. Check-in was listed as 3 PM, but despite arriving at 2 PM, we were not allowed in until almost 4 PM.The unit itself had multiple issues. The bed was broken; someone came to temporarily fix it and promised to return the next day, but no one ever did. The washer was also unusable upon arrival (it had no drum), though that issue was eventually fixed.Communication and organization were the biggest problems. At check-in, we were told checkout was at 12 PM. I requested a late checkout starting on day one, but kept receiving delayed responses telling me to “check back later.” On the morning of departure, housekeeping arrived at 10:15 AM stating checkout was actually 10 AM, which directly conflicted with what we had been told.I had messaged at 8 AM again requesting late checkout and received no response. Later, management approached us saying we were late checking out. When I explained the conflicting information from staff, I was told, “they don’t work for us—they’re just security,” which only added to the confusion.We didn’t receive any response from the host about late checkout until 11:45 AM—after we had already gone to the front desk to check out. Even then, they said they were “checking with housekeeping,” which was far too late to be helpful. Earlier messages also took up to 3 hours for a response.Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and unresolved maintenance issues made this a frustrating expr
