Area was nice, there were many restaurants and shops to explore. The marina needs some updating. Bathhouse was conveniently located close to the boat. We did suggest to the hosts that they should provide a informational book for guests about things on the boat (TV, A/C, etc) and area attractions.

Houseboat

The houseboat was a great getaway for us. The boat was overall clean but could use some TLC. Modern and bright inside. Installing a bathroom sink in the unused tub area would be great. Not a usable shower in the bathroom was ok as the marina had 3 showers and bathrooms. But.... the marina property is run down (for sale? or new owners?) and needs a good cleaning up. We are used to boating so we are accustomed to tighter spaces. Property owners were great and helpful in every way!
