Rooms were super dirty. My feet were black from walking barefoot for a few minutes in the room. The floor was not washed the whole time we were there which was 7 nights. There were no extra towels ever. The bathrooms were super smelly and sinks looked like they were not washed before we came. Dust everywhere. Windows filthy. The room key card kept working and then not working so we had to keep going down from the 37th floor to the lobby and wait in the line for customer assistance to make our key work again after a long day of activities with kids and going all the way up to the 37th floor just for the key card to not function. The pool area was tiny and very busy. The hot tub was literally for 4 seats while the hotel has 1200 rooms. At checkout the manager who was assisting us was saying that we used $182 of the $200 deposit whim in reality was only used $18 and she brought is back $18 of the $200 when we asked her to print the receipt, it clearly said there the balance was $182 and we had to keep explaining to her when this is what she does all day every day. I would defined not stay at this hotel again
