Great stay, nice staff, delicious breakfast

The staff was nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. There was a plate of fruit waiting for us which was really nice. The breakfast was delicious too! The taxi and tour group in the lobby was super helpful and took us to the airport and Casco Viejo.

The staff was excellent and some were bilingual so they were helpful and attentive. The housekeeping staff was also excellent. This occasion was our Anniversary and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home even before our arrival. The only downside I could think of was since my room was prepaid for they could have at least given me an early check in because I confirmed my check in the day before my arrival but otherwise we had a great time. Thanks Novotel Panama.
