HORRIBLE internet and they have no luggage racks in the room, you have to open your luggage on the floor! This is a good clean hotel that could be a great hotel if they fixed those items!!!!

I could not get anyone on the phone. The shuttle service could not be used. I would go with a company that is more responsive, not sure if they are short staffed but no one was able to guide me and I called every number.

It is not extravagant but it is everything I needed this trip and the best value. Only problem I had this time was I reserved thru Expedia but when I went to check in they had no record so I waited in the restaurant next door so they could accommodate a walk in. The staff is very nice.
