The manager and staff were very helpful. We were able to leave a couple of bags in storage at the hotel. We were scheduled to go on an 8 day cruise. It was nice to leave some bags behind that we didnt need until later.

The only issue was the walkability from the hotel to the mall. The sidewalks were not user friendly for pedestrians.
