I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, though there were a few areas for improvement. Positives: The housekeeping staff consistently made up the beds each day-we returned to a tidy room every evening except once. Water bottles, towels and hand soap were replenished daily, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. When we reported issues like a running toilet and dead batteries in the remote control, they were addressed promptly and efficiently. Areas for Improvement: On the downside, the handle of the bottom drawer in the chest of drawers came off in my hand, suggesting some maintenance is needed. Additionally, when we checked in, no one explained that the key card needed to be tapped inside the elevator to access our floor. There was no signage to clarify this and I only found out through another guest.

excellent value. located in center of Panama City close to many restaurants, bars, and large mall call MultiPlaza. very clean with good staff and well stock breakfast included. Uber is the way to travel around the city - much cheaper than a taxi

We liked how easy it was to get around to other places and the breakfast was good. We did not like the laundry service, they charged a price for each pieces of clothing like a dry cleaner instead by the bundle.

The Ramada is a really nice place to stay. One of the young ladies recognize us because this was our third time staying at this hotel. Parking is a little tricky because of a hill if you're driving a van. The parking staff was very friendly too. The breakfast was good but could be a lot hotter. The old man standing around was stirring and watching certain people and made you feel very uncomfortable in the restaurant while eating breakfast. The manager and other staff in the restaurant was very friendly. This visit at the Ramada i brought more people to visit panama and they seem to enjoy their stay.
