location is great. The ac worked fine (though very noise - if you're a light sleeper, beware). beds are ok though not as puffy and comfy as 'they seem ' in the web site photos. This used to be a major chain hotel years ago and was renamed this though with lesser amenities (cheaper too ) and without updating anything in the building. Weird sewage smell in the bathroom and a little cockroach walking by the fridge. No cups - a shaky desk table and curtains missing.

It was an inexpensive hotel but not very convenient parking unless you happen to get one of the maybe dozen parking spaces available next to the hotel. Not that i am handicapped but there were 3 handicapped spaces taken by those not handicapped & even taxis. The staff (cleaning & front desk) were very friendly & accommodating!! While there were several microwaves & electric burners which to use to cook (including some pots & pans, frying pans, & plates on which to eat), there was only 1 large metal spoon utensil..no other utensils to eat with, however, there were wooden utensils - spoons & spatulas with which to stir/cook your food. I would recommend this hotel & stay there again!

Excellent stay. The only set back is that they say that you need to ask to clen the room thw day before. They don't clean the eoom every day unless you verbally ask every day the day before.

De inicio capturé, pague x adelantado una habitación para 4xpersonas. Pero al llegar me dijeron que estaba confundida y sólo la reserva era en una habitación de 2 camas dobles para 1 persona y tuve que pagar adicional por las otras 3 personas. Pero al ingresar a la plataforma cotizando otros días, nuevamente me apareció el precio que pague al principio, no el que tuve que pagar. O sea, hubo manipulación en los precios. Luego, al llegar, no había toallas en la habitación. Se solicitaron mas de 5 veces y prometieton llevarlas, pero pasaron las 24 horas de la reserva y JAMÁS LLEVARON LAS TOALLAS !! Además habían cucarachas pequeñas en la habitación

This “hotel” is astoundingly disgusting. It is completely rundown. There are roaches everywhere. We booked six nights, stayed one night told the hotel the situation they didn’t apologize or offer any compensation and we left and checked into a new hotel. I am shocked that Expedia allows this place to be on The list of hotels and I’m even more surprised that Expedia allows platinum members to use their points for a place like this, and then refund them nothing after this type of experience.

Terrible experience

"I recently stayed at Studio Colliving and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The room was dirty upon arrival, with tooth paste stains on mirror, the sink had hair and elevators were not functioning properly as I got stuck. I requested a blanket to help with the cold, but it was never delivered, despite asking multiple times. The facilities were below expectations, and overall, it was not a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

My wife and I stayed at Studio Coliving in their Business Suite for a week, and our experience was far from pleasant. The air conditioning unit in our room was in poor condition and made both of us sick. Despite reporting the issue, nothing was done until days later when we happened to catch one competent worker during her shift. She was the only staff member who actually took action and promptly sent someone to service the AC within an hour, something that should have happened much sooner. Another frustration was the lack of proper cleaning services. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. We had dirty pillowcases, windows and furniture which made the space feel unhygienic from the start. We were also not informed that room cleaning had to be scheduled. When we requested clean towels, we were promised they would be delivered that same day, but they never arrived. It felt like a waste of time reporting any issues to most of the staff except for one, as the others showed little interest in resolving them. On top of that, the elevators were almost always malfunctioning. The lack of basic maintenance, poor service and unresponsive staff (aside from one helpful employee) made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Until these issues are addressed, we cannot recommend this property based on our stay.
