I booked the hotel and the AC broke down and they sent me to another hotel. The window was facing a wall and it was old and smelled. it was not what i had paid for. If you the hotel needs to send me to another hotel, the should send me to a better one. I was told the Ac was not working at 2pm day of checkin and i had no option but to go as i had no time to look for another one. Can i please request a refund or a credit for my purchase?
