Front desk staff was excellent both times we styed there in 3wks. Ruben the driver did Airport transfer for us very early in the a.m. and once for an out of town trip acting as a knowledgeable guide. Will stay again for sure.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Property itself is dated and carpet inside room is filthy. Anyone can walk in and access floors since elevator doesn’t use card and there’s nobody checking who’s staying at hotel. Hotel seems to be counting lacking towels we would go for breakfast, come back and towels would be missing but nobody had done room.. really odd

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is located in a very convenient area close to restaurants and shops. However, the service received at this hotel was very poor. We booked 3 rooms under our reservation. Some rooms received bottled water daily as we were entitled to, some did not. We had to wait 3 days to receive a wash cloth and never received requested toilet paper. We certainly won't be staying at this hotel in the future.
