The property was nice. But I expected more. There were some things that I had to ask them for. But, all in all the people who were working there were very nice. One thing that was promised to us was 20 0/0 off every day for dining at the restaurant and we found out that Expedia had it for only one night. To me that was disappointing and dishonest!

No bathroom door!

The hotel was clean and in a good location. Breakfast was average. The BIG downside is that the door to the toilet/shower room had been removed, therefore there was no privacy when using these facilities in the room. I would never have booked this hotel had I known.

Great Rooms and Staff

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Across the street from The Bristol. Stay at The Executive for a great affordable room and cross the street for a spa day! Best of both worlds.
