-Cleanliness can be better inside the shower. - Toiletries : they have been reduced to shampoo/conditioner tube and a quarter size of soap. For the price you charge to 19 floor/ Tower3 something better is excepted. - The safety box was broken. It opened easily without forcing it. - The only mirror is the one in the bathroom above the sink, the room doesn’t have it. - Good location, good breakfast, staff friendly and willing to help.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I really appreciated the large shower, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. The location is a short walk to the Iglesia del Carmen train station, restaurants and coffee shops.

Wonderful room - actually a suite, but no hot water. Complained to staff, but they don't seem to care. Breakfast is mediocre. Location not great for tourist - better to stay in old town.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but loud. Hotel is located in the city and there was lots of traffic noise all night and day. The air conditioning was loud, there was a loud bang whenever it kicked turned on. We ended up switching hotels to save our sanity, after a few days of not sleeping

The toilet was old wood and nasty looking. Glad I had disposable toilet seat covers. The other side of the building is updated and much cleaner. You pay a little more but what I paid was not cheap. Won’t be going back again.

The 2nd time we stay at this hotel and we love it. Great staff. Clean. The only thing is that the Pool is small but overall is an excellent choice specially if you are traveling with kids.
