Hotel was clean and in a good location. The breakfast buffet was really good and had variety. Downside was my share pooled water each time and kids were running down the halls disrupting guest at 3 am. I was awakened 2 nights in a row. I do highly recommend the hotel however

the breakfast buffet wasn't clearly marked what the food was, not enough items for people that don't eat pork, usually other options like chicken sausage or turkey bacon, had to pay for french toast normally included. fruit was okay. hot veggies they had tomatoes one day very unusual it wasn't good. even potatoes should be pretty simple like just stick to hash browns? Room was really nice. also if you call front desk good luck getting what you ask for i fell asleep we asked for cream for the coffee next day asked for toothbrush an hour later i had to remind them

Excellent stay at the W Panama. Breakfast was great, room service was consistently good, and the pool area was relaxing and well maintained. The on-site shops and restaurants were convenient and high quality. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly, room service was timely! I travelled for my birthday and they helped make my day a little bit more special. Didn’t get the full spa experience, but the massage was awesome. Can’t wait to visit again.

My stay at the W was good. I didn't spend much time using their amenities as we had activities booked throughout our stay. The front desk staff was exceptional and goes beyond to bring you satisfaction. The rooms was spacious except for the bathroom and shower personally think it was awkwardly built but doable. The hotel was clean. I did have breakfast my first day there and they had a variety of foods there, breakfast was good don't have much to say in that area. I did not spend time at the rooftop pool as it was not as appealing to me and we didn't have time. We did walk around the neighborhood to a few places and felt completely safe in the area. Overall I had a good stay and would recommend to others.

Staff was great from the front desk/reception and the pool area! Very welcoming and helpful. We were able to do an early check in which was great because we had an overnight flight. We did find a stain or two on the robes and had an issue with the lock on the door but the team fixed it as soon as we mentioned it to them.

The Marin problema esa the hot tub, they offer but they didnt deliverd. There was no real hot water, they wasnt able to solve the problem, nor change to a ron with hot water, Í Rent that room because of the hot tub, was a non 5 star experiencia. And they make me lose time just to hear their explanations, and a so call compensation (they didn’t charge the dinner, but charge the mini bar consumption) over all I feel I rent in the wrong hotel, bad quality and really poor guest service

W Panamá was an absolute amazing stay! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! I had two rooms reserved and called ahead of time to inquire on having the rooms side by side, the communication throughout my entire stay was excellent. My party and I were celebrating two birthdays and everything we asked for to be available at check in as a surprise was beautiful executed. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was extensive. I have no complaints whatsoever and truly look forward to staying at W Panamá again. Thank you for a great stay!
