The elevators were a little dirty and walking through the entrance, we didn’t have high hopes. Once we got to the floor of the rooms, we were pleasantly surprised. The room had an odor but you got used to it. The room itself was really nice! It had an actual door to the bathroom for privacy (unlike some of the other hotels we stayed at in Panama where it was a sheer glass door). Would stay here again and would recommend as long as you don’t mind the casino.

While the staff and manager at the hotel were nice people and the staff in particular did their job very well, the room was a problem. The room was very clean. Every day, the room staff clean the room and left it looking like it was new. However, the room's peephole was broken, and someone could look into the room and see clearly the cabinet the TV was sitting on and anything you had on that cabinet. I said something to one of the mangers, who was kind, but did nothing about - no offer to fix it or relocate me to another room. I had to block the peephole with a piece of paper. I felt violated and left a day early because this - but of course, I lost the money for that last night.

As a pro photographer and someone on vacation, one of the Primary reasons I chose your hotel, was the rooftop pool, which was closed. I was told I could make an appointment and be shuttled to another hotel to use the pool. That’s ridiculous. Shouldn’t have even offered that as an excuse. If you had made me aware, I wouldn’t have to be shuttled, I Would Have Reserved The Hotel Next Door, and simply walk out my room to the elevator and then step out to the pool. The primary picture on your site, Expedia, and even this review, use the outdoor pool to entice….and nothing was offered in compensation in any way. If I wasn’t so tired from traveling all day, I would have left immediately. Total false advertising!

Place was ok, but only ok. They seem to do fine - they had guests and people at the casino and restaurant, but if they want to stand out they need to try a lot harder. Also, the pool was closed for construction. They should have disclosed that because the booking page said they had a pool. That is probably fraud.
