Great experience

We are a family, who are happy that we chose to stay at Alona Austria Resort. Nice place and good service. It is located near several restaurants and walking distance to Alona Beach. Sosi Bowl is next door, we recommend it - the food was very good. Budget friendly resort.

We stayed several nights at Alona Austria Resort. We are very happy with it. The staff is friendly and provides good service. It is clean and nice. The place is very well located in Panglao, close to everything. We highly recommend this place!

The resort is so clean and the pool. The’re is always a life guard on duty. The staff’s are so good, and friendly. We had a verygood stay in alona austria resort. And we will come back soon. God bless you all.

A estadia no Alona Austria Resort foi perfeita! A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa. O local tem vários detalhes pensados para o conforto do hóspede como água, local para lavar roupa, varal disponível, toalhas separadas para piscina e banho, uma varanda com local para sentar, uma mini cozinha dentro do quarto com microondas, utensílios e pia. 가성비 갑👍 이 가격에 이 정도의 숙소? 아주 만족합니다. 간단하게 과일 깎아먹을 수 있는 부엌에 빵빵한 에어컨, 침대도 진짜 편했어요~!~!! 무엇보다 직원분들이 어마무시하게 친절하십니다. 늦은 새벽에도 친절히 맞이해주시더라구요. 첨부터 끝까지 웃는 얼굴로 배웅해주셨어요. 최고! 수영장은 수심이 좀 깊기는 하나, 미지근한 물이라 부담없이 들어가서 놀 수 있었어요. 조경도 잘 되어있었습니당. 작은 세탁기랑 탈수기도 있었는데, 직원분께서 사용법을 자세히 알려주셔서 편하게 사용하고 왔어요. 세탁물은 방 앞쪽 작은 건조기에 널어두니 잘 마르더라구요~! 암튼 최고임. 아주아주 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 단점이라 하면 어메니티가 부족하고, 수건이 하루 한 장 제공된다는 점인데, 이 정도야 챙겨가면 되니까요!!
