我入住的是兩張雙人床、一張單人床、一張沙發床的房型。床舖很大，睡更多人也沒問題。只是房間只有一間衛浴，人多時使用仍會有些困擾，急需時可以到check-in櫃台旁的廁所使用。宿霧與邦勞島都使用電熱水器，供水量沒有很大，但因為氣候關係還是夠用。房間很乾淨與舒適，入住兩晚也會有人來幫忙整理房間。進入飯店需要走小路，如果拖著行李可能會覺得有些辛苦。如果需要帶路與載行李的話，只要把飯店的名字秀給附近的tricycle司機看都會知道。

性价比超高

一开始看评论说位置不太好，但是个人感觉实际还可以，离主干道大概走路五分钟，主要是晚上没什么路灯，女生最好结伴，白天就完全没事，刚刚到酒店的时候看着都蛮干净的，等到房间了就感觉很值，有客厅，有厨房，卧室和卫生间，厨房应有尽有啊，锅子，刀，电磁炉都有，可惜的是没机会自己做饭，卫生间也挺大的，就是酒店的用水感觉就是淡化的海水刷牙的时候感觉到咸味了，房间出来就是一个泳池，虽然小但是看着给人感觉很好很舒服，感觉这样的酒店没有个三四百人民币不可能，但是真的预定的时候才大概一百七人民币左右，真的是超级划算，还是非常建议可以选择入住的，不过好像酒店没有餐厅，我白天都是出去玩的就没所谓了，如果是又想住宿便宜一点的又想住好一点的话还是很推荐的，不错

口コミが良かったので長期滞在しました。 スタッフからの挨拶はほとんどなく、無愛想な方が多かった印象です。サービスウォーターも一切なし。ベッドシーツ・タオルなどのリネンは初日からシミなど色々とあり汚れていて、日々の清掃で本当に交換してくれていたのかも不明です。(確認しましたが週に4〜5回交換しているとのことでしたが…)毎日タオルだけは交換されていましたが、交換後のタオルもシミだらけのタオルだったという日も多かったです。ドアにかけるサインプレートがない為、具合が悪く寝ていても、毎日スタッフが清掃の確認の為部屋に来る(時間未定)ので対応必須です。シャワーの湯量・温度共に問題ありませんが、水は海水でした。新しいホテルらしく、設備が良くきれいな部屋だっただけに、とても残念でした。

スーペリアルームに4泊しました。部屋は広く清潔で、フロントの方も親切でした。 フリーのお水が4本とコーヒー類・ポットがありました。 到着後に冷たいビールを飲みたかったのですが、冷蔵庫の中は空です。ドリンクバーも無いのでそこはホテルと違う点かな。 （フロントで飲み物は販売しているので困りませんが） ちょうど中国の旧正月と重なっており、ホテルはほぼ満室。 かなり隣室の音が聞こえてくるので、騒音が気になる方はコテージタイプの方を選ぶべきかと思います。 シャワーについては、湯量も温度も物足りないし、固定式なため使いにくい。ドライヤーも置いていません。 これはフィリピンだから仕方ないかな～。 地図ではアロナビーチから700Mとありますが、おそらく直線距離。 実際には高級ホテルの敷地があって、そこは通らせてもらえないためかなり大回りする必要があります。 ホテルを出てすぐの道が細い路地です。トライシクルが客待ちをしている通りまでが結構ありますので、その点だけは少し怖いし、ホテル専用のトライシクルがあればなと思いました。

Best budget hotel in this area.

Nice lacation. Only 10-15mins walkig distance to alona beach. You can find so many cheap and good restaurent, travel agencies, and massage shop(nuat thai massage). Kind receptionist. Always welcoming and responded my request. Fast wifi, but it was too week in my room. I could not use wifi in the room tho. I stayed room #28, which is last room and very corner of this hotel. It became super fast once I moved one step forward of my front door. So avaoid room28. Other than this it was perfect hotel for me. Clean, kind, best lacation, nice swimming pool. I would definetely stay here next time.

Zum Glück hat das Hotel erst vor kurzem geöffnet, denn es ist jetzt schon bereits nach 2 Monaten in einem fragwürdigen Zustand. Die Zimmer riechen extrem nach Feuchtigkeit, es bildet sich bereits langsam ein Pilz. Man sieht den Zimmern außerdem an das diese hauptsache Schnell und so kostengünstig wie möglich erstellt worden sind. Service und Sauberkeit waren aber gut. Wir waren davor in einem anderen, viel älteren Hotel, welches aber durch seine gute Qualität in einem deutlich besseren Zustand war. Zudem ist die Zugangstraße zum Hotel in einer abgelegenen unbeleuchteten Nebenstraße.
