Comfortable living in this spacious 218 sqm/ 2346 sq ft, high-end penthouse with 4-bedrooms (2 large with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms) located behind Alona Beach.
Enjoy your vacation in a quiet area, yet only a 5 minute walk to several international restaurants and the tourist nerve center in Tawala village. In the tropical garden there is a large pool, a children's pool, outside grill and bar area. Parking is available and the compound of 16 apartments is guarded 24x7. The helpful guards will check you in and out and are happy to provide basic concierge services.

With 2 king beds, 1 sofa bed, 2 child beds, and 2 twin beds, this welcoming property is perfect for families or groups of up to 12 guests. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with hot/cold water, a shower, bathtub, bidet, and hair dryer. Relax in the large, airy and light open space lounge-dining room with breakfast bar. 2 large sofa beds can be used extra sleeping space.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas and induction cookers, family-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven. The dining area leads on to a large balcony. There is also a service balcony for drying clothes etc. TV is in the lounge and highspeed fiber WiFi with repeater covers the entire apartment. There is also a laundry room for handwashing. The apartment is serviced every 4 - 5 days and on request. For those who may not entirely relax, there are work spaces in one large bedroom and one small bedroom.

Immediately next door, there is an excellent Swiss-owned restaurant offering excellent, inexpensive international cuisine. They also have a delicatessen ith a good range of wines, beers, charcuterie, meat, cheeses and other food items.
This restaurant is a perfect place for breakfast for guests not wishing to cook.

The apartment is serviced every 4 or 5 days or by arrangement.
