With Bryce canyon only 10-12 minutes drive, and the Red Canyon bike trails a few minutes away, you can actually just bike there from here.
And many more bike trails at Bryce canyon.


Master Bedroom has a King size Bed with a Huge his and her Dual Shower & Dual vanity!

We have a desk and printer for your working travel needs, so you can come and take care of work while still being able to enjoy the experience. (Computer is only for pictures display. it is not available.)

The space
We have gigabit fiber internet for you to enjoy high speed streaming while you are home away from home, so you can work and play.
Master Bedroom has a King size Bed with a sitting area, with a Huge Master bath with a his and her Dual Shower & Dual vanity!

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, it's very cozy and nicely proportioned.
There is wall space heaters in every room for your comfort.
The Cottage is not equipped with A/C unit, but is equipped with ceiling fans in all the rooms. summers do not get very hot at the higher elevation in this area, but all windows have screens so they can be opened to take advantage of the breeze.
The house has a very warm Farmhouse style of decor. It offers all the amenities of home including free wifi (1Gb fiber connection) throughout the house. it has one large 65" TV with free live channels and NETFLIX.
It is only a couple of minutes walk from the Sevier River, great for fishing some nice brown or rainbow trouts. (with a Utah fishing license, that can be purchased online) and swim in the Sevier River.
It has all stainless steel appliances well equipped for cooking your favorite meals.

There is no public transportation. You will need a car. 4x4 or high clearance is recommended in order to enjoy the surrounding trails, but a regular low-clearance sedan is sufficient to access the cottage itself.

The unassuming exterior hides an absolute gem on the inside. Everything was very clean, everything you could possibly need was provided(spices for cooking, lighter for the grill). Beds were very comfortable, linens were also great! Master bathroom was very nice. Great location to Bryce Canyon. Would definitely stay again!

Hidden gem near Red Canyon and Bryce

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage--Mario was a great host, the place was clean and updated, and it was a short bike ride/drive to Red Canyon. Very happy with it, and we made some wonderful memories as a family!

It was a clean neat home. There was a small hiccup when we arrived with the door code but the owner responded very quickly. About a 25 minute drive to Bryce. Would stay again if we came back!

Outside/neighborhood is not attractive. Overgrown grass. Has really old and rundown trailers nearby. Inside, has really good modern, rustic decor. It is clean and homey. We appreciate the inside comfort and would stay here again.

Very nice experience

This house is very good for families with children! It's incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities you could need. Everything is brand new and high quality. We loved the peace and quiet without the crowds of tourists. Plus, the host was excellent with communication. Highly recommend! Additionally, there's plenty of space for kids to play safely, and there are no dangerous things around.

Be cautious if you're considering this unit — the host is a scammer.I stayed here during a particularly hot week and specifically chose this unit because the listing advertised air conditioning. While AC might not be legally required, it was unbearably hot at night — temperatures reached 26–27C (78–81F), and I couldn’t sleep.I contacted the host to explain the situation, and they told me it was okay to check out early if I couldn’t tolerate it, promising a refund for the remaining nights. They even updated the reservation period via the VRBO chat and sent a fake confirmation email, allegedly from VRBO, stating that a refund would be processed.However, even after two weeks since checkout, I received nothing. When I followed up with VRBO, they said the host declined the refund and that there was nothing they could do — despite me providing all evidence. It felt like VRBO was siding with the host.I strongly advise others to stay away from this unit and this host. If you care about honest listings, basic comfort, and customer support, look elsewhere.
