Great location

This hotel was clean and quiet and had very nice staff. The location was amazing being so close to the ferry terminal and walking distance to the marche.

We arrived very late and they were up waiting for us . Easy check in and it was a comfortable room for 2 of us it would be tight with 4 which is what it says it sleeps maybe 3 people at most the sleeper sofa is just that a sleeper sofa so not really like a real mattress but after that long of a flight I fell right asleep as soon as I played down, so over all the room was great with that one exception that a fold out sleeper sofa isn’t really that great at any hotel… the linens were clean. They had a little coffee set up in the morning in the room has a nice shower. I think you can buy some sort of continental breakfast for US$35 we opted not to do that and as we were leaving the hotel, I think that was a good option to not do that.. the second you leave the hotel you were on a very busy street however, once you cross that very busy street you’re less than five minutes from the ferry terminal which took us to Moorea FP

Very nice hotel in the center of town with a friendly staff. The hotel is itself is very clean and updated. Bed was very hard though and the room was small. The area around the hotel is very run down and parking is difficult. For us it was perfect because the ferry terminal is across the street. For an extra $30 a day you can have secure parking a few blocks away but is very inconvenient.

Hotel was very clean and rooms are specious. Staff very friendly and professional. Good location especially for Ferry passengers. Cons: location comes with noise of traffic and city life :(. Overall it was ok for 1 night stay during transfer between islands.

Service was exceptional- especially liked that there was no charge for them to store your luggage and they recommended a great local breakfast restaurant if you didn’t pay for their limited continental. (Cafe Roti). Can beat the location if accessing the cruise terminal.

A great way to start our French Polynesian trip

Great location near the seaport and local market. Very friendly staff who accommodated an early check in and smile warmly every time we see them. Breakfast options were wonderful as I love plain real yogurt and it was plentiful here. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with high quality linens. Lovely hotel.

Nice Hotel with Incredible Staff

Our stay at the Maitai Express Tahiti was great. The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful of any hotel staff I've ever experienced. The room was clean and comfortable. If we ever make it way back to Tahiti, we would definitely stay at the Maitai Express Tahiti again.

Located across the street from the cruise ship Regatta and in the heart of a bustling area. Clean and quiet hotel, fantastic front desk person and the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on and I have chronic night pain and had none last night

MaiTai Express Tahiti is the perfect spot to unwind after a long international flight or before catching a ferry. The location is great, especially since it’s just a short walk to the famous market and plenty of places to eat. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff kindly let me store my luggage after check-out so I could explore without worry. I’d definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers

Staff is very accommodating and friendly, However, the rooms are small, bathrooms are tiny. Shower had no water pressure whatsoever. In addition, our room smelled like brined fish. I’m glad we just needed to spend one night.

We stayed there 4 night 2 weeks apart. It's a great hotel right in the middle of the cruise port area. The rooms were small by American standards, but immaculate and comfortable.
