On this ground floor level is to be the first of the five air-conditioned bedrooms, a double with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto the front pool terrace. There is also a guest shower room with WC located on this level.

A rather grand staircase then leads up to the first floor and the remaining four bedrooms.
