A generous, luxurious and meticulously furnished ground floor 110 sq meters maisonette , ONE offers free gated private parking, private patio/veranda area for al Fresco dining and super-fast internet (200MB) making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Located in a quite road just 70 meters off the buzzy Tomb of the Kings Avenue, it is a leisurely 5 minutes' walk from a plethora of bars, taverns and restaurants. The Kings Avenue Shopping Mall, the famous archeological sites of Tombs of the Kings and the coveted kefalos and Elysium beaches, which are available to the public, are all within 800 meters radius. The charming harbor of Paphos and its Medieval Castle Fort are approximately 3 km away. Two major supermarkets are within 1 km's reach (Lidl, Alphamega) and there is a Pharmacy within a 3-minute walk. The nearest clinic is 1.3 km away. The bus stop terminal is located at the Tomb of the Kings Avenue, which can take you to the famous Coral Bay area and beach , Kato Paphos as well as The Old City, is just 300 meters away!

The main entrance door opens to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large windows and big sliding doors that let in oodles of natural light to create an excellent ambience. The sliding doors open to the veranda/patio, the dining table is situated near the fully equipped kitchen, to the level of a dishwasher and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Through the kitchen back door, our guests will find excellent barbecue facilities.

On the first floor there are two high ceiling, wooden beamed extra-large bedrooms. The bedrooms are huge and share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower! Bedroom 1 sleeps two people in a King size bed (160x200 cm) with a dressing table. Bedroom 2 sleeps two people in two single beds (90x200cm) with a study/work space and can be converted into a
King Size bed (180x200 cm) upon request! Both bedrooms have more than ample wardrobe and cabinet space and there is one safe box. The sofa in the living room downstairs can be covered into a comfortable single bed so that ONE can accommodate a maximum of five guests.
