One of the bedrooms includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while a second full bathroom is also available for guests’ use. The interior spans 65 square meters and includes a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for enjoying meals together. Guests can enjoy street and pool views, creating a calm and pleasant ambiance. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, perfect for unwinding under the sun. Situated on the ground floor, the property is easily accessible via stairs and features a practical layout for a comfortable stay. Ideally positioned just a short distance from Paphos’ city center, Olga Residence allows easy access to local amenities, supermarkets, and cafes, while remaining tucked away in a serene neighborhood. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
