Great safe community

Fantastic 2 story, 3 bedroom home with air conditioning in each room as well as main living area. Well stocked kitchen, pool and outdoor living space outdoors. Convenient walk to beach and access to rancho for quick meal or evening karaoke. Reasonable drive to montazumaand Santa Teresa.
