The exact unit will be assigned at check-in by the resort. You will check in just as you would at any other resort. Your name and phone number will be associated with a confirmation number which will be sent to you once you book. You will need a credit card upon check-in for any incidentals.

There are no additional fees (for up to 4 people) to access the Atlantis Water Park, Aquaventure, the biggest water park in The Bahamas. Guests enjoy access to the Coral Tower and Royal Tower pools, along with other Atlantis amenities. For your convenience, please see the resort bellman for the complimentary Atlantis shuttle schedule. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation. Any participation is always optional and never required when booking through KOALA.

This resort offers its guests a water park, a hot tub, and a sauna. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and an elevator are also featured at the family-friendly resort.
