The property did not fully match its online listing. The unpaved access road became very muddy after rain, and the surrounding area, including several old vehicles, was not as expected. The pool was also difficult to use because of a strong garbage odor, particularly in the mornings. The TV did not offer basic or local channels, so we were unable to watch the World Cup. Checkout was also not handled smoothly. The cleaning staff arrived one hour before the stated checkout time, and my request for a short extension due to a flight delay was denied. I was also not permitted to leave my luggage securely inside the villa while waiting some where in the street. The host responded promptly to messages, and the villa was generally clean, but the issues raised were not resolved. Overall, the property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Seclusion Villa 4, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. Here's a detailed account of my experience: Pros: - The villa was clean, although I did find a large dead cockroach in the bathroom. - Chauncy, the host, was highly responsive to my messages, but failed to provide any solutions to the issues I encountered. Cons: - The advertisement was misleading, as the entryway was an unpaved road that became muddy in the rain. - The surroundings were uninviting, with a collection of junk cars and trucks. - The swimming pool was unusable, especially in the morning, due to a strong garbage smell from the nearby bin. - The checkout time was listed as 11:00 am, but the cleaning lady arrived at 10:00 am, stating that the villa needed to be prepared for the next guest. - Due to a flight delay, I requested a 2.5-hour extension to the checkout time, but it was denied. I was not allowed to leave my luggage inside the villa until 1:30 pm and had to store it outside instead. - No local TV channels were available, not even basic channels, which was very disappointing, especially during the World Cup of soccer. Overall, my experience at the villa was disappointing due to the misleading advertisement and inflexible checkout policy.
