This bright and spacious villa in Protaras is perfect for families, offering a relaxing retreat with a private pool and a beautiful garden. With three bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests, providing plenty of space to unwind together. Please note that groups under the age of 25 are not accepted.



Outside, children can splash in the private pool while parents relax on the sun loungers or enjoy an alfresco meal on the terrace. The enclosed garden offers a safe and peaceful setting, and the barbecue area is ideal for family cookouts.



Inside, the villa is designed for comfort, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a cosy living area with satellite TV in multiple languages. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtimes easy, featuring a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for cooking at home. A washing machine and iron are also provided, ensuring convenience for longer stays.



The villa is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from sandy beaches, local restaurants, and a supermarket for all your essentials. Family-friendly attractions, including Protaras Ocean Aquarium and Aquamania Waterpark, are nearby, while the vibrant centres of Protaras and Ayia Napa are within easy reach for a fun day out.



Kindly note that we cannot accommodate groups under 25 years old, and quad bikes are not permitted inside the complex. Please also be aware that construction works are scheduled outside the complex toward the end of 2025.
