Great location

The reviews for this property are accurate, we’d read that the Villa was in a great location, and it certainly doesn’t disappoint on that score, right in the centre of Fig Tree Bay, a stones throw from the beach and local amenities like shops, bars and restaurants. The Villa itself however needs a renovation overhaul. It’s old, tired and dated and frankly felt like it needed a really good clean and airing. Outside was filthy, pool tiles have been replaced haphazardly and are dangerous to walk on when wet and slippery. Bathrooms were musty and needed mould removing, kitchen cupboards broken and the sofa so dirty and stained, you didn’t feel enticed to sit on it. One of the bedrooms aircon didn’t work at all. Also, this is not the place to stay if you want to go to sleep before 2am, the bar music is so loud it almost shakes the Villa and keeps you awake most of the night. It’s a shame, as with a little TLC, this could Be the perfect getaway. Villas2let communication and assistance was good. Will definitely go back to protaras area at some point, just don’t think it will be to Emily Villa.

Great location on top of fig tree bay and the resort. Can be noisy at night. Villa really needs a lick of paint new outdoor furniture. New mattresses for the beds. The villa looks tired but was clean.
