Beautiful and modern 2 bedroom Agia Triada villa, in Protaras just a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach. Has a private pool, free WIFI, DVD player, Satelite TV with thousands of channels and video on demand, PS3, and air conditioning.
Sleeps 6 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds and two sofa beds).
This modern and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Agia Triada and is just 200 meters to the beach with many restaurants and supermarkets in the area.
The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a very comfortable stay.
The ground floor features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has a comfortable sofa, widescreen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and WIFI connection. The modern kitchen is fitted with modern day appliances. The dining area comfortable seats 6 persons. There is also a WC with a shower on the ground floor.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and all with fitted wardrobes, along with a family bathroom.
Outside you will find the spacious garden and pool area, with plenty of daytime sun. There is a playroom space, with darts, billiard, table tennis, basket, 2 BBQs (a traditional one with carbon and another one with gas) and sink area located to the side of the villa, ideal for outside summer dining. There is a television to watch movies or to play PS3 (included) by the pool. There are plenty of sun loungers, a pool shower and 2 separate seating areas, ideal for dining. There is also an outside shower and a private parking.

Great location and outside space

Had a great stay here in August. The outside area is great, lots of shade and sunny spots. With pool and table tennis to entertain the whole family. Also 2 minute walk to the beach which is not over crowded and has a couple of nice bars/restaurants. Inside is well equipped for you cooking needs.

Good location, great service

We stayed here at the end of October which is a perfect time to visit Cyprus if you prefer smaller crowds and emptier beaches and don't need very high temperatures. The house has everything you will need. Kitchen is very well equipped. Not everything is brand new, but mostly in good working condition.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Haus und die Einrichtung hat zwar seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Vieles wirkt sehr abgenutzt und ungepflegt, aber es war sauber und der Pool und die Nähe zum Sandstrand haben uns entschädigt. Der Vermieter hat sehr gute und umfangreiche Tipps zur Anreise gegeben, die Kommunkikation war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider liegt der Ort sehr weit von den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.
