Perfectly located within walking distance of Protaras’ lively main strip and nestled between two of Cyprus’ best-known beaches—Konnos Beach and Fig Tree Bay—families will have no shortage of places to explore.



Inside, the villa is bright and welcoming, with a spacious open-plan layout that’s ideal for spending quality time together. Outside, the generous pool area offers plenty of space for children to splash while adults relax nearby—whether reading a book, enjoying a meal, or soaking up the sun.



Spread over three levels, the villa offers room for everyone. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy lounge with a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area that make mealtimes simple. Large patio doors lead directly to the pool and garden area, and there’s also a convenient guest toilet on this level.



Green Bay Villa #16 features four comfortable bedrooms. A twin bedroom on the ground floor is perfect for younger guests or grandparents, with easy access to the ground-floor toilet. Fantastic 10 night stay in a gorgeous villa

The property had everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday spacious rooms with great air conditioning also the pool was ideal with plenty of sun loungers all around and plenty of lighting all around the outside to make sitting out at night perfect ! There’s nothing about the property we didn’t like.

There is always worry when booking a villa as you never know what you are going to get! I can hand on heart say that this villa was outstanding. It was so well appointed that we felt at home straightaway. We had a couple of issues with the water which resulted in a call to the out of hours number but they sent someone round within 5 mins to sort. Can’t fault the service, communication and overall standards of this company. Maybe a sail over the area at the side of the villa to provide additional shade?

The service we received from Margarita was second to none. Communication was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was in a perfect location and was equipped with everything you need. It was very clean - highly recommend Perhaps more information regarding maid service, I would have liked a mid week clean and only realised later that this has to be booked in advance
