Located in Protaras [Kapparis area] 400m from a beautiful sandy beach Fireman Bay, brand new Island Home is a cozy villa with an amazing private swimming pool with jacuzzi, fruit garden, and advanced grill area.
It features furnished verandas with a dining area, sunbeds, and garden swings. Free Wi-Fi and a security system are provided all around the villa's area.
The grill area includes both advanced charcoal and the latest technology BeefEater barbeques together with all the necessary equipment. There are the water sink, the icebox, the storage space and the bar in the barbeque zone.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and furnished with modern interior items and furniture Bo Concept and Kare Design. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with SMEG kitchen appliances and a dining area. There is seating space in the living room where you can watch Smart flat-screen TV or enjoy to listen to your favorite music from our Bluetooth Marshal acoustic system.
The ravishing swimming pool area is surrounded by a well-tended garden with lemon and grapefruits trees, palm trees and bougainvilleas.
Every bedroom furnished in its unique island style, equipped with smart TVs, air conditioners and USB power sockets.
