3 Bedroom Spacious Modern Villa with Private Pool, Walking Distance to 2 Beaches!

Located down a private drive large enough for 3 cars, the villa has a private, fully walled and gated property. Enter the villa to find a modernly equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for easy morning eating. For a family meal, enjoy eating in the air-conditioned dining area or just outside through the sliding door, both complete with tables for 6. Adjacent find the living room with plenty of room to lounge, and a large 55 inch television.

Upstairs, find the sleeping areas. The large primary bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony looking towards the sea. The second bedroom has a 140 cm wide double bed with a private balcony also looking towards the sea, while the 3rd bedroom has two single beds and a private balcony looking south-west towards the sunset. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners and aluminium shutters that keep out heat and light. On the bedroom landing is also a shared family bathroom with a large shower.

Outside is the large, private pool with an outdoor shower, facing an undeveloped plot for more privacy. In addition to the outdoor dining area, there are two different lounge areas on either side of the house, so you can choose if you prefer sun or shade. Only 400 m north is Malama beach, a naturally beautiful beach with a beach restaurant, water sports, and crystalline waters. Just 500 m east is the picturesque Ayia Triada beach, which has a large sandy beach and shallow waters, perfect for children, as well as a traditional fish harbour and church.
