The villa is recently built in 2022 and modern throughout. The villa has a fully integrated kitchen installed with the latest appliances that you would expect.

Then living and dining area leads with sliding doors to the private swimming pool and decking area, making it easy to go inside and out with ease.

There is 3 double bedrooms each with their own wardrobes fully integrated, with 2 bathrooms upstairs with an additional bathroom downstairs.

The villa has A/C and wifi throughout in each and every room.

The entire villa is private and only yours throughout your stay.
