The parking area to this villa is on a very small incline. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 95cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 180cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 19 steps to the first floor. The first bedroom on the right hand side, has a door width of 85cm, whilst the bathroom door is 62cm wide.
