This lovely 3 bedroom villa with a private pool is in the ideal location, in the heart of Protaras, just seconds from the sea and a 10 minute walk to Protaras strip and Fig Tree Bay Beach.

Inside the villa has been modernly decorated and furnished. The ground floor has an open plan living room area, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a corner sofa, widescreen and Satellite TV and DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and the dining area has seating for 6 persons. There is also a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and W/C, a double bed and balcony. The second and third bedroom both have two single beds and balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and beside cabinets. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower and W/C.

Outside, the large and spacious garden provides and outside shower, barbecue, outside dining table and chairs, sun loungers and large private pool.
