A gated and fully fenced property, this villa has private parking and steps, which lead up to the front door. You can’t help but notice that the beautiful pool and patio area are at the front of the property. Astro turf and stone borders, with shrubs, surround the property on three sides.

When you enter this villa you will be stunned by the interior. Completely furnished in black and cream, this property will astonish you with the amount of care and attention to detail the owner has lavished on it. The lounge area has a black ceiling fan, reclining black sofas, marble coffee table and a modern designed wall mounted fireplace. All are accessorized with colour coordinated cushions, pictures, lamps and candlesticks. A large flat screen TV sits in the corner of the room. Patio doors with vertical blinds lead out to the raised patio area.

This area benefits from partial shade, provided by the balcony above, which makes eating al fresco cooler. Enjoy your freshly cooked meal from the very large BBQ, at the mosaic topped table and chairs provided. Around the pool are sunbeds, small tables and parasol. Should you get fed up splashing around in the crystal clear pool.. An outside shower is also provided.

Back inside, the dining area, with black ceiling fan, has a marble topped side unit with lamp, situated under a window, which separates the lounge and dining areas. The large marble dining table has 6 wooden chairs with cream fabric seats. The large black framed mirror adds to the feeling of space. Patio doors with vertical blinds lead out to the rear of the property. A separate door leads out to the side of the property.

The beautiful cream wood kitchen is complimented by its black appliances of an electric oven and hob, American style fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Two windows with blinds let the light flood in.

There is also a ground floor w/c with cream and brown tiles, which has a vanity mirror over the sink.

Stairs with a handrail lead to the 1st floor where there are three air-conditioned twin bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms. All rooms are decorated with the same black and brown theme and each have luxurious bedding, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lamps and long mirrors. They also have the added luxury of a TV.

The master twin room has an additional table and two chairs and patio doors, which lead out to a private balcony overlooking the pool. Sit and relax with a drink and take in the beautiful sea views.

The third has a large window to the side of the property and a lovely large beach canvas.

Continue up the stairs to the 2nd floor roof top patio. With the added bonus of a fridge, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your morning coffee or evening cocktail whilst taking in the stunning views of the coastline, on the rattan furniture provided. A simply stunning property!
