This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.

Inside, the villa has a very modern and comfortable design. The living room area features a comfortable seating area/sofas and widescreen TV, and the dining area has seating for 6 persons. There is also an open fireplace for use during the winter months. The large, open-plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all modern appliances needed for a self-catering stay.There is also a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features an en suite bathroom, double bed and patio doors leading to the shared balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and access to the balcony, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub on this floor.

Outside the garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool with roman steps for easy access and a seating area overlooking the pool. Sun-loungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs. A built-in BBQ and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.

Satellite TV (Full UK and Russian Satellite) with free Video on Demand and free WI-FI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.
