The ground floor features an open plan living room area, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen and satellite TV (including Full UK satellite, Russian channels etc), DVD Player and large patio doors leading to the garden and sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and the dining area has seating for 8 persons. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds and a separate WC with shower.

Upstairs, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms; The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and patio doors that lead to the shared balcony that overlooks the sea views. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and private balcony, and bedroom 3 has two single beds and access to the shared balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets

Outside, the sunny garden and pool area provide plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining.
