The Mythical Sands Resort encompasses a wealth of magnificent facilities, including a gated child friendly pool area as well as a bigger pool, both shared only with other Mythical Sands owners and guests. The pools are also surrounded by a sun terrace for relaxation and a reception. There is also a private parking. You will be just 5-7 minutes walk to four beautiful sandy beaches with crystal blue water and a short drive to many more along the coast of Protaras.

You can easily get around Kapparis on foot or to other tourist areas by the bus route located only 2 minutes away. The 5 beaches of Kapparis are all located 5 to 15 minutes away by foot and the area also has car and bicycle hires as well as inexpensive taxi service. If you have a car, the location is car-friendly and has parking at all beaches and restaurants.

- The home is a non-smoking environment. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash ( Extra cleaning fees to remove odour and stains may be applied if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out).

- We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home, unless agreed upon during the booking process. Please be sure that extra guests leave by 1am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbours.

- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
- If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
- Lost keys will incur a 25€ fee per missing key.
- No eating of food in either bedroom. Guests will compensate the host for any food/ drink stains in the bedroom.
- Indoor furniture is not to be re-arranged.

Very pleasant and good location; good communication

The apartment has dedicated and guest parking and an elevator. Clean and comfortable, with appliances. Short, 15 minute walk to Malama and Kapparis beaches. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Alex is a great communicator.
